This Trust Statement describes the general security, confidentiality, data protection and operational practices of Gamenet Platform Limited (“Company”, “Gamenet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with non-gambling video game technology, development, infrastructure, analytics, LiveOps support, testing, maintenance and related software services.
This statement is provided for general informational purposes. Project-specific security, hosting, backup, uptime, support, audit, incident notification or compliance requirements must be agreed separately in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement, security addendum or other written agreement.

2. Service Context
Gamenet provides technology, development, infrastructure, analytics and LiveOps support services for non-gambling computer and video game projects.
Our work may include development support, server-side infrastructure, multiplayer systems, matchmaking support, performance optimisation, game platform engineering, analytics, LiveOps support, testing, support, maintenance and related technical services.
The Company does not provide or support online casino, sports betting, gambling, wagering, lotteries, skins betting, real-money gaming, adult content, crypto-asset services, NFT-based monetisation, token issuance, cash-out mechanics, payment processing or regulated financial services.
3. Security Approach
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect client information, project materials, source materials, access credentials, project documentation, systems, operational data and personal data.
Our controls are designed for a B2B game technology and software services provider.
Project-specific requirements may differ depending on hosting model, project scope, game architecture, third-party platforms, client systems and agreed service responsibilities.
4. Access Management
Access to client systems, repositories, dashboards, infrastructure, analytics tools, project environments and communication platforms is limited to personnel who need access for service delivery.
Where supported by relevant systems, we use role-based permissions, authentication, project-based access and need-to-know principles.
Access may be reviewed, modified or removed when roles change, project needs change or the engagement ends.
5. Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential.
Confidential information may include project documentation, game design materials, technical architecture, user flow materials, product analytics, infrastructure details, access credentials, implementation plans, source materials, business information and non-public communications.
Personnel and service providers who may access client information are expected to protect such information and use it only for authorised project purposes.
6. Development and Delivery Practices
Depending on the project scope, our delivery practices may include planning, documentation, issue tracking, version control, testing coordination, technical review, deployment coordination, incident escalation, infrastructure monitoring and post-launch support.
Specific development, testing, release, security, acceptance or support requirements are agreed in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, we do so for the agreed project purposes and in accordance with the client’s documented instructions.
We do not intentionally process sensitive personal data unless necessary for a specific project and expressly agreed.
8. Infrastructure and Backups
Hosting, infrastructure, backup, retention, recovery and uptime responsibilities depend on the agreed project scope.
Where the client controls hosting or infrastructure, the client remains responsible for infrastructure security, backup, recovery and availability unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where Gamenet is responsible for hosting, maintenance or backup-related services, the applicable responsibilities, retention periods, recovery expectations and service levels should be agreed in writing.
9. Incident Handling
If we become aware of a security incident affecting client information, personal data, systems or project resources under our responsibility, we will take reasonable steps to assess, contain and address the incident.
Where the incident affects client-controlled data or project systems, we will notify the client without undue delay after becoming aware of the incident and cooperate reasonably with investigation and remediation.
The client remains responsible for any regulatory, platform, user or public notifications unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, development tools, communication, project management, analytics, testing, security, backup, accounting, legal support or other business operations.
Where third-party providers process personal data on behalf of a client project, such processing may be subject to our Data Processing Agreement or other agreed data protection terms.
We use reputable providers and apply reasonable contractual or operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of client-controlled systems, accounts, access rights, infrastructure, payment arrangements, platform accounts and user-facing environments.
Clients are also responsible for lawful game design, age ratings, user disclosures, privacy notices, consumer protection obligations, platform compliance, payment provider rules, content moderation obligations and regulatory requirements applicable to their games and users.
Clients should provide only the access rights, access credentials, system access details, project documentation and data necessary for the agreed project scope.
12. Restricted Activities
Gamenet does not knowingly support projects designed to facilitate gambling, wagering, betting, lotteries, skins betting, real-money gaming, cash-out mechanics, crypto-asset services, NFT-based monetisation, token issuance, adult content, unlawful payments, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, deceptive monetisation, infringement of third-party rights or other unlawful activity.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate cooperation where we reasonably believe that a project, feature, mechanic, content category, user flow, monetisation model or intended use may be unlawful, misleading, high-risk or inconsistent with our legal, security, reputational or compliance standards.
13. No Certification Claims
Unless expressly stated in writing, Gamenet does not claim to be certified under ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS or any other specific security, privacy or compliance certification.
Any project-specific certification, audit, regulatory or security requirement must be agreed separately in writing.

We may update this Trust Statement from time to time.
