Lead Technical Game Designer

We are seeking an analytical game designer to take ownership of gameplay balance models, progression systems, and player experience logic for complex online strategies and RPGs. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and rigorous mathematical simulation

What you will do
  • Develop and balance complex mathematical systems, core gameplay loops, and character progression formulas
  • Design and simulate in-game progression and reward systems to ensure long-term stability and product health
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to review player behavior data and fine-tune liveops mechanics
Our expectations
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical or system game designer in multiplayer PC/video game projects
  • Advanced skills in mathematical modeling, Excel, and simulation tools (e.g., Machinations)
  • Deep understanding of core systems, retention loops, and player psychology in competitive genres
