Clients must ensure that their projects comply with applicable laws, platform rules, app store requirements, consumer protection rules, data protection requirements and any other obligations applicable to their games, users, territories and business model.
The Company does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, payment, licensing or compliance advice. Any regulatory or legal assessment of a game, feature, market, monetisation model or user flow remains the responsibility of the client and its professional advisers.
6. Refusal, Suspension and Termination
The Company may refuse, suspend or terminate cooperation where it reasonably believes that a project, requested feature, monetisation model, content category, user flow, user-generated content mechanic, platform integration or intended use may involve gambling, wagering, real-money gaming, cash-out, crypto-assets, NFTs, adult content, unlawful payments, deceptive monetisation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, infringement of third-party rights or other unlawful or high-risk activity.
The Company may also request additional information from a client where a project, feature or monetisation model requires clarification from a legal, compliance, platform or reputational risk perspective.
7. Relationship with Other Documents
This statement should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Trust Statement.
If there is any inconsistency between this statement and a signed agreement with a client, the signed agreement will apply to the relevant project, provided that the Company will not be required to support activities that are unlawful, gambling-related, adult-content-related, crypto-related, payment-processing-related or otherwise inconsistent with this statement.
